All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.

 

However, during periods of large order volumes, allow 1 to 2 additional days before shipping your order. Also, potential delays can be envisaged during problems related to postal services which are beyond our control.

Pick up in store

We are an online store only and as such there are no in-store pickups at this time.

Remote areas

Note that a remote area surcharge may be payable when your order is processed.

International shipping

Although we are considering adding this service, we do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

 

How to check the status of my order ?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@nafa-shop.com with your name and order number, and we We will review the situation for you.​
