Exchange and Refund Policy
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the means of payment used during your purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Any return of goods must first be communicated with the staff of Nafa – Educational Tools Inc. (email@example.com). If the return conditions are met by the customer, the staff will generate an authorization number. To be authorized, any return of merchandise must be accompanied by an authorization number and proof of purchase.
- Items offered for final sale are neither taken back nor exchanged,
- Items must be returned with their tag and in their original packaging,
- Returned items must show no signs of wear.
Products supplied by Nafa – Educational Tools Inc. are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, product images or any other content comprising this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free.
If it happens that upon receipt, a product is damaged or does not correspond to the product that had been ordered, Nafa – educational tools Inc. undertakes to exchange or refund it, provided that the product is returned. in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note, a copy of the invoice and within the prescribed time * following the delivery date.
Products that show no defect must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the delivery slip and a copy of the invoice. Restocking fees of 15% to 50% of the refunded merchandise may be applied depending on the condition of the products.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
